Position Overview

Experience Required: 2 to 3 years

This role requires presence at the designated workplace; remote work is not an option.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and calculate payroll cheques
  • Assess fixed assets and their depreciation
  • Maintain financial records and manage various accounts through both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Oversee general ledgers and generate financial statements
  • Compile additional statistical, financial, and accounting reports
  • Complete tax returns
  • Prepare trial balances of financial books
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in accounting software
  • Experienced with MS Excel
  • Familiar with MS Windows
  • Skilled in MS Word
  • Knowledgeable in TaxPrep
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
Additional InformationSecurity and Safety
  • Basic security clearance required
Transportation and Travel
  • Personal transportation is necessary
  • Willingness to travel is expected
