We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Support Specialist to join our Hotel Technology Client Support Team (HTCS). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing 24/7 real-time IT support to our hotel brands, ensuring seamless communication and technical assistance to our properties.
Key Responsibilities- Provide front-line technical support to our hotels, responding to requests through various channels.
- Utilize analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve technology-based issues, including property management systems, Windows-based operating systems, user account management, and hardware support.
- Assist properties with revenue reporting and property management system accounting.
- Two years' experience working on or with computer hardware, computer software, and/or computer networks.
- One year post-secondary education in computer science, or two years in another field is considered an asset.
- One year experience in a customer service position.
- Experience in the hospitality field is an asset.
