Role Overview

The Hotel Technology Client Support Team (HTCS) is focused on delivering round-the-clock IT support to all Wyndham hotel brands, managing a high volume of inquiries annually. This team is responsible for ensuring the functionality of property management systems and maintaining effective communication with the central reservation system.

As a Technology Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional service while assisting with various projects. Your analytical and troubleshooting abilities will be crucial in resolving technology-related issues, and you will engage with hotel staff through multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver front-line support for hotel technology inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
  • Utilize your analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technology issues, including property management systems and hardware support.

Qualifications for Success

  • Proficient in Windows-based operating systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with computer networks and TCP/IP standards.
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware and networking equipment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

Required Experience

  • Minimum of two years of experience with computer hardware, software, or networks.
  • One year of post-secondary education in computer science or related fields is preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
