Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Professional to join our team at YLZ Accounting Professional Corporation. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting tasks, including financial record-keeping, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Budgeting: Assist in preparing and managing budgets, including forecasting and analyzing financial data.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Payroll Administration: Process payroll, including calculating and preparing cheques for employees.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: College diploma or equivalent in accounting or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in accounting software, including QuickBooks and Simply Accounting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a variable or compressed work week. Free parking is available on site.
