Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Petra Hygienic Systems International Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our industrial plant.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Inspect sites and facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repair work, and equipment replacement.
- Assist cleaners in performing their duties and establish work schedules to ensure seamless operations.
- Supervise a team of 3-4 people and ensure they have the necessary training and equipment to perform their tasks.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of WHMIS regulations and safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
