About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Royal Caffe & Espresso Bar. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
  • Inspect sites to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience.
  • Recommend additional services as needed to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and establish work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent judgement and client focus skills.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
