About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Petra Hygienic Systems International Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our industrial plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our cleaning team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that our plant meets the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services are required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support to our cleaning team as needed, ensuring that they have the necessary resources to complete their tasks.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that our cleaning team is working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Work Setting: Industrial plant environment
  • Supervision: 3-4 people
  • Certificates and Licenses: Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
  • Personal Suitability: Reliability

  • Work Terms: Temporary, 40 hours per week
