Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Petra Hygienic Systems International Limited. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our industrial plant, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Inspect sites and facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain our high standards.
- Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repair work, and equipment replacement.
- Assist cleaners in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as required.
- Establish work schedules to ensure that all areas are cleaned to the required standards.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Steel-toed safety boots and other necessary equipment.
- Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
- Reliability and strong communication skills.
- Dental plan.
- Health care plan.
- 40 hours per week.
- Temporary work term.
- English language.
