About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Vaughan INN. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Inspect sites to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness regulations.
  • Recommend additional services such as painting, repairs, and equipment replacement as needed.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing duties and provide guidance on best practices.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
