Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

Location: Concord, ON

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $26.00 to $28.00 hourly

Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week

Responsibilities
  1. Recruit, train, and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  2. Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the cleaning team, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective communication.
  3. Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  4. Recommend and arrange for additional maintenance services as needed to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  5. Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties, providing guidance and support as required.
  6. Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize downtime.
Requirements
  1. Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  2. At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role
Work Environment
