About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team at Admiral Glass Ltd. as a key member of our construction team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed estimates of labour and material costs for construction projects
  • Operate CADD software and other computer systems to support estimating activities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors
  • Monitor and adjust contract expenditures to ensure project profitability
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to inform estimating decisions
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in construction estimating
  • Strong knowledge of CADD software and other computer systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
