Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed estimates of labor and material costs
  • Utilize CADD and other software for project planning
  • Estimate general expenses and overheads
  • Monitor and adjust expenditures throughout the contract
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors regarding cost adjustments
  • Interpret blueprints, maps, and specifications
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in AutoCAD

Project Size Experience

Experience estimating projects valued between $500,001 - $1,500,000 is preferred.

Safety and Security
  • Must be bondable
  • Criminal record and driving record checks required
Transportation Requirements
  • Must have own transportation and a valid driver's license
