Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop and execute project plans to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of translation projects.
- Execution: Oversee the execution of translation projects, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the process.
- Project Completion and Follow-up: Ensure successful project completion and delivery, with follow-up calls to stakeholders as needed.
- Client Relationship: Maintain relationships with recurring and contracted clients, ensuring all prep work, agreements, and planning are done in advance.
Qualifications:
- College diploma, university degree, or equivalent.
- Bilingual (English/French) mandatory requirement.
- 7+ years of experience in Localization Project Management, managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Technical, Transportation, Communications, or SaaS industry experience.
- Experience dealing with middle managers and senior managers in client/partner relationships.
