Job Summary

The Indian Aroma Kitchen Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and food quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Setting
    • Restaurant environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions
