Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Shelby's Shawarma. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafeteria, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 5-10 staff members
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Operations and Administration
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
    • Establish work schedules
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
    • Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods

    • Dependability and a team player attitude
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with 35 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
