Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Restaurant Operations: Establish and maintain efficient systems and procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities and providing excellent customer service.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food products meet our high standards of quality and presentation, and that our customers receive a positive dining experience.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition and manage food and kitchen supplies, maintaining accurate records of stock levels and ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and satisfied with their experience.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators, maintaining accurate records of our restaurant's operations and performance.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Will train
  • Or equivalent experience
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 30 to 44 hours per week. The work language is English.
