Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at George's Greek Village Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, training them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and requisition food and kitchen supplies.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
  • Establish work schedules and address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Supervise 3-4 people and will train.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Permanent employment with 30 hours per week.
  • Language of work: English.
