Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team at Silver Hotel Group. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our hotel guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and friendly service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage guest registrations, room assignments, and check-ins/check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests, providing information on hotel services, local attractions, and events.
  • Work closely with hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel front desk position.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer literacy in Word and Excel, with experience in Fosse PMS an asset.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to problem-solve, initiate action, and complete projects with minimal supervision.
  • Available to work days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as required.
