Position Overview
We are seeking skilled Customer Service Agents to provide outstanding support for our clientele. This role is essential in connecting individuals with the necessary information and resources efficiently.

Role Summary
As a Bilingual Support Representative, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service to incoming clients. You will significantly contribute to improving the customer experience by ensuring high-quality interactions and effectively addressing customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.


Your Weekly Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls promptly while adhering to quality standards.
  • Understand and follow relevant policies and procedures to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Maintain a reliable work schedule to support team objectives.
  • Engage with callers, clients, and colleagues in a respectful and professional manner to foster a positive work atmosphere.

Education and Experience Requirements
Candidates should have:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent, with potential standardized testing.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with standard office equipment.
  • An understanding of call management principles and customer situational awareness.
