Job Summary:

The Data Analyst will play a key role in driving business growth and decision-making at Spruce Grove by providing strategic insights and data-driven solutions. This is a full-time temporary position for 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to support business objectives.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions.

• Design and implement data architectures to support business intelligence and analytics.

• Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures.

• Conduct data capacity planning and ensure data quality and integrity.

2. Acquisition & Deployment

• Work with vendors and service providers to select and implement data solutions.

• Conduct research and make recommendations on data products and services.

• Develop and maintain relationships with business unit staff to understand reporting needs.

3. Operations Management

• Design and implement data lake improvement and growth projects.

• Identify inefficiencies and gaps in current data systems and develop solutions.

• Develop and implement change control and testing processes for modifications to data systems.

• Ensure the stability and reliability of data access and data quality across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence.

• ITIL certification required.
