Customer Relationship Manager

Acosta is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HQ Customer Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and developing business strategies to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and market share for our clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at assigned customers.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions.
- 3+ years of relevant head quarter sales experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry.
- Canadian Tire experience strongly preferred.
- Bilingual in English & French is a PLUS.
- Excellent relationship building skills and proven success in relationship management.
- Initiative-taker with outstanding organizational skills and strong abilities to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Experience anticipating client needs and developing solutions.
- Experience developing, tracking, and monitoring cross-functional processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft software: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
