We're seeking a Relationship Development Specialist to join our Sales team, supporting our Emerging Account customers throughout the sales process. This role will form and maintain relationships with customers, key suppliers, and partners to educate and inform about RLDatix's services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and improve relationships with customers, key suppliers, and partners to educate and inform about RLDatix's services
    • Understand client's needs in order to strategically align their needs to our connected healthcare operations
      • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client's expectations are met
        • Identify potential opportunities as well as manage renewals process to facilitate business growth
          • Document and update customer accounts within Salesforce to ensure data integrity

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role within a Sales team
    • Proven success in a position requiring strong attention to detail and interpersonal communication skills
      • Knowledge in how to use Microsoft software products
        • Ability to commute to Toronto twice a week and travel to USA as needed
          • Commitment to working collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
