Job Title: HQ Customer Manager

Acosta is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HQ Customer Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and developing business strategies to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and market share for our clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at assigned customers.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of relevant head quarter sales experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry.
  • Canadian Tire experience strongly preferred.
  • Bilingual in English & French is a PLUS.
  • Excellent relationship building skills and proven success in relationship management.
  • Initiative-taker with outstanding organizational skills and strong abilities to multitask and prioritize.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience anticipating client needs and developing solutions.
  • Experience developing, tracking, and monitoring cross-functional processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft software: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
