About the Role:
Inspire Direct Marketing is seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Ambassador to join our team of professional fundraisers. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding fundraising goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with donors, listening to their needs and preferences
- Conduct empathetic and engaging conversations to inspire donors to support important causes
- Meet or exceed monthly fundraising targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on charity initiatives and programs to effectively communicate their impact to donors
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in a call center or sales environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with donors
- Technical proficiency, including familiarity with CRM software and other fundraising tools
- Able to work a standard 40-hour week, including some evenings and occasional Saturdays
Benefits:
