About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Industry Partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and execution of strategic partnerships with industry leaders, driving innovation and growth for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic partnerships with industry leaders to drive innovation and growth
  • Lead a team of professionals in building and maintaining relationships with industry partners
  • Design and implement programs to enhance student talent acquisition and employer engagement
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources to support partnership development and execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry associations and other external partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform partnership development and execution
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong track record of developing and executing strategic partnerships. You will have a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with industry leaders, drive innovation and growth, and lead a team of professionals.

You will have a strong understanding of the industry and a deep knowledge of the needs and challenges of our partners. You will be able to communicate complex information effectively and have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
  • 7 years of professional experience in industry partnerships, business development, or related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategic partnerships
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
