Key Responsibilities- Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient workflow.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
- Communication: Answer electronic enquiries, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service.
- Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Front Desk: Greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general information.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
This is a permanent position, working 32 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
