Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Caseworker to join our team at CB Canada. As a Caseworker, you will play a critical role in managing patient cases, providing support, and ensuring seamless access to healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned patient cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues
  • Provide telephone support to patients, healthcare professionals, and funding bodies, addressing concerns related to funding, access, and compliance
  • Administer case-management protocols, including clinical monitoring, data collection, and patient follow-up
  • Implement market research initiatives with healthcare professionals, patients, and pharmacists
  • Document all activities in program-specific databases
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or computer sciences
  • Minimum of one year experience in customer service
  • Ability to multitask, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
