About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Caseworker to join our team at CB Canada. As a Caseworker, you will play a critical role in supporting patients and healthcare professionals in accessing necessary medications and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned projects and cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Provide telephone support to patients, healthcare professionals, and funding bodies, addressing issues related to funding, access, and compliance.
  • Administer and adhere to case-management protocols, including clinical monitoring, data collection, patient follow-up, and adverse event reporting.
  • Implement market research initiatives with physicians, patients, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Document all activities in program-specific databases.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless case management and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or computer sciences, typically obtained through a two-year associate's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Minimum one year of experience in customer service, with a strong focus on problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
