Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Caseworker to join our team at CB Canada. As a Senior Caseworker, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient support and reimbursement services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level support to patients and healthcare professionals regarding reimbursement coverage options and financial assistance programs.
  • Manage a large caseload of patients and provide timely and effective support to ensure seamless reimbursement processes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement reimbursement strategies and protocols.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives to improve patient outcomes and reimbursement processes.
  • Provide training and coaching to junior caseworkers to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality patient support services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to ensure optimal reimbursement outcomes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of reimbursement processes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingualism in French and English.
  • Experience working in a call center environment.
  • Knowledge of automated warehouse operating systems.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
