About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Caseworker to join our team at CB Canada. As a Senior Caseworker, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient support and advocacy services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level support to patients and healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless access to our patient support programs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and pharmaceutical companies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex patient access issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, regulations, and product information to provide informed support to patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance patient support services.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a patient support or advocacy role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of patient support programs, pharmaceutical distribution, and healthcare regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and customer service.
