About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Assistant to join our Commercial team in Prince George. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients by ensuring accurate and timely documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and maintain client documentation, including correspondence, invoices, and certificates of insurance.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding client accounts receivables in conjunction with the CSM.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist the CSM in preparing underwriting submissions and client proposals.
  • Obtain claims history from the internal system, Claims Department, or insurers at renewal or when required.
  • Request and follow up with insurers and clients for outstanding information, endorsements, or documentation.
  • Provide a first review of policy documents and endorsements.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of ICBC and experience with fleets.
  • Level 2 license.
  • Tactful, mature, and professional attitude in both internal and external matters.
  • Experience using EPIC would be considered an asset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Open and flexible to learning and doing new things.
  • Detail-oriented.
