Key Responsibilities

As a member of our Personal Banking and Small Business team, you'll use your knowledge of financial products and services to help clients meet their everyday banking needs. As a Client Service Representative, you'll respond to client inquiries, assist with transactions, and proactively connect clients with the right team members to meet their needs. You'll provide frontline support to help clients achieve their financial goals.

You'll work during bank hours, including evenings and weekends, and be able to work at various bank locations within a reasonable distance.

How to Succeed

  • Client Mobilization - Help clients manage their accounts and products. Prioritize each client's experience and ensure every interaction is meaningful. Connect clients with the right CIBC team members to help them achieve their goals.
  • Problem Resolution - Listen to the client, ask questions, and put yourself in their shoes. Take ownership of client issues and know when to collaborate with others to find a better solution.
  • Technology Enablement - Become a technology expert. Share your knowledge with clients to help them better manage their banking needs using our mobile banking apps.
