Job Description

Job Title: Inside Salesperson

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Salesperson to join our team at Guillevin International. As an Inside Salesperson, you will be responsible for managing and prioritizing customer requests, responding to customer needs, and maximizing sales to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize customer requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Respond to customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Maximize sales to customers by suggesting alternative and complementary products.
  • Work closely with outside sales staff to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Maintain skills and knowledge of product lines and systems used.
  • Negotiate special prices and terms with customers as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of sales principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
