Nedco is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Val d'Or, QC. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business relationships with clients, identifying their needs and opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and Nedco to resolve issues and provide solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of satisfaction.
  • Receive and process customer orders via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Promote new products and services to clients.
  • Conduct research on products and services offered by Nedco.
  • Follow up on sales submissions and deliveries.
  • Provide product recommendations and suggestions to clients.
  • Prepare sales submissions and finalize sales documents in a timely manner.
  • Promote special offers and discounts to clients.
  • Perform other tasks as required to ensure the smooth operation of the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Knowledge of electrical or telecommunications products is an asset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and AS400 (an asset).
  • Bilingualism (French and English).
