About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Representative to join our team at Acosta. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate product placement, updating prices, and implementing promotional materials in retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Placement: Ensure that products are accurately placed on shelves and that stock levels are maintained.
  • Price Updates: Regularly update prices based on inventory and market conditions to meet customer needs.
  • Promotional Materials: Set up and install promotional materials to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure that shelves remain organized and tidy, and that planogram changes are implemented to optimize product placement.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and identify opportunities to enhance sales areas.
  • Customer Engagement: Assist in introducing new products and educating consumers about our clients' latest innovations.
  • Relationship Building: Foster and maintain positive relationships with store employees and managers.
  • Reporting: Create detailed reports and document in-store actions.
Requirements
  • Availability: Available to work from Monday to Friday, with morning and daytime hours.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Merchandising Experience: Merchandising experience is desirable.
  • Physical Capability: Physical capability to lift 30 lbs.
  • Computer Literacy: Computer literacy with access to a mobile device and the internet.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, understanding, and executing planograms accurately.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and attention to deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in French (both oral and written).
