Key Responsibilities- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that drives business growth and innovation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, ML engineers, and governance experts.
- Identify opportunities for product improvement and customer needs to inform product roadmap decisions.
- Develop and manage product roadmaps that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement product strategies that drive business results.
- Develop and manage product metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
- Communicate product performance and progress to leadership and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 10+ years of experience in data-driven product management with a proven track record of successful product launches.
- 5+ years of experience in leadership product roles at Director level.
- Experience hiring and managing individual contributors and managers.
- Experience communicating complex technical concepts to various audiences, including senior executive audiences.
- Experience with data, analytics, or AI-related areas.
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills to guide consensus and resolve issues.
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles, specifically in data products.
