Job Responsibilities- Ensure that production, storage, and shipping activities are carried out efficiently and rigorously, respecting costs, established quality standards, BPF, SST, and defined deadlines.
- Be responsible for delivering products to our clients on time and in full, including supervising order processing, planning, production, and shipping.
- Develop an excellent customer service and fluid communication, including regular virtual meetings.
- Lead weekly meetings, motivate and support production and customer service teams in a demanding environment, including monitoring problem-solving.
- Establish career development plans for direct subordinates.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity while reducing unit costs and eliminating errors.
- Work closely with support departments to ensure production is aligned with client expectations, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage consumable and employee budgets and provide reports to senior management to achieve objectives.
- Three years or more of proven success in a production management role.
- Bilingual French and English.
- Excellent knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
- Experience in project management improvement.
- Experience in managing and working within multidisciplinary teams.
- Microsoft Office 365 proficiency.
- Flexible working hours and remote work.
- Collective insurance and collective pension plan RPDB.
