About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Design and Drafting Specialist to join our team at WSP Canada. As an Intermediate Design & Drafting Technologist, you will play a key role in designing and drafting transportation projects, working closely with senior engineering staff to ensure high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed design drawings and collaborate with project engineers to ensure designs meet quality standards.
- Develop and implement design solutions that meet client needs and project requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in transportation design and drafting.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or Design Technology.
- At least 5 years of experience in roadway and highway design.
- Proficiency in CAD programs such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Familiarity with Alberta transportation standards.
