Qualifications:

  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, along with a post-secondary degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Completed registration for selling investment products as required by jurisdiction.
  • Possession of appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
  • Understanding of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.
  • Familiarity with retail investment and lending products.
  • Experience in the financial services sector is advantageous.
  • Proficient in using social media, tablets, smartphones, and online tools.
  • Background in consultative customer service or sales, with a focus on delivering personalized experiences.
  • Strong commitment to customer service.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to excel in a team-based sales environment.
  • Self-motivated with the confidence to engage customers.

Compensation: $37, $69,500.00

Pay Structure: Salaried

The compensation package may vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications, and may include performance-based incentives and bonuses. Additional benefits include health insurance, tuition reimbursement, life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
