About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team at TrueCare Medical Group Inc. As a Family Medicine Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and management in a fast-paced ambulatory care setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consultation and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough consultations with patients to evaluate their physical and mental health, and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Medication Management: Prescribe and administer medications and treatments as necessary, and monitor patient responses to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Preventative Care: Inoculate and vaccinate patients to prevent and treat diseases, and provide education on healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Patient Education: Advise patients on healthcare options and provide guidance on managing chronic conditions.
  • Coordination of Care: Co-ordinate or manage primary patient care, including referrals to specialists and other healthcare services as needed.
  • Emergency Response: Provide emergency care and respond to urgent situations in a calm and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry.
  • Experience: Experience in a primary care setting is an asset.
  • Certifications: College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP) and licensure by provincial or territorial authorities.
