About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst to join our team at Edgewell Personal Care Canada, ULC. As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and Maintain IT Infrastructure

You will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining our web server hardware and software, ensuring that our systems are running efficiently and effectively.

Upgrade and Implement New Systems

You will work closely with our IT team to upgrade and implement new systems, ensuring that they meet the needs of our business.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.

Requirements
  • Education

A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.

Experience

At least 3 years of experience in a related field is required.

Certifications

A Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) certification is an asset.
