About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team at TrueCare Medical Group Inc. As a Family Medicine Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and management in a fast-paced ambulatory care setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consultation and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough consultations with patients to evaluate their physical and mental health, and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Prescription and Administration: Prescribe and administer medications and treatments as necessary, and ensure accurate documentation of patient records.
  • Preventative Care: Inoculate and vaccinate patients to prevent and treat diseases, and provide education on healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Patient Education and Support: Advise patients on healthcare options, provide counseling and support on health and lifestyle issues, and coordinate primary patient care.
  • Emergency Care: Provide emergency care and acute management as needed, and ensure seamless communication with other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry.
  • Experience: Experience in primary care or family medicine is an asset.
  • Certifications: College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP) and licensure by provincial or territorial authorities.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, and values and ethics.
