About the Role

Fawad Malik is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Specialist to join our team. As a Personal Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Medication Administration: Safely administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals, maintaining accurate records.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary needs and preferences.
  • Exercise and Mobility: Assist clients with regular exercise, such as walking, to maintain physical function and mobility.
  • Household Management: Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Employer's home, with a focus on providing care in a non-smoking environment.
  • Work Conditions: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with physical demands requiring bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Personal Qualities: Punctuality, dependability, reliability, and patience are essential for this role.
Language and Work Schedule

The primary language of work is English, and the work schedule is 30 hours per week.
