Role Overview: The Bilingual Recruitment Specialist will work closely with various departments to devise strategic hiring solutions aimed at improving the organization's recruitment visibility and attracting exceptional talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership to pinpoint essential skill sets and cultivate a talent pool for the Contact Center.
  • Formulate and implement innovative sourcing strategies to engage both passive and active candidates.
  • Advise management on recruitment protocols, interviewing techniques, and selection standards.
  • Keep abreast of hiring trends within the financial industry through networking, attending events, and engaging with professional organizations.
  • Advocate for recruitment services internally, emphasizing the value and expertise offered.
  • Oversee the candidate selection process, equipping managers with the necessary resources to identify the most suitable candidates.
  • Participate in and contribute to various projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in both French and English, both spoken and written, is essential for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of recruitment experience within the financial services domain.
  • Familiarity with alternative sourcing methods, particularly through social media and networking channels, is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to adopt a consultative approach with stakeholders, delivering customized recruitment solutions.
  • Strong organizational capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive attitude are crucial.
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment with competing priorities.
