WHO WE NEED
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our corporate office team. This role requires a high-integrity professional who is hands-on in executing strategies to build high-performing teams by identifying and attracting top talent for Lifemark. You will cultivate trusting relationships and develop talent communities to enhance our recruitment efforts. Your expertise will guide leaders in implementing effective hiring strategies. This position involves a hybrid work arrangement, including virtual and in-person participation at recruitment events as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingual in French and English
- Minimum of 5+ years of comprehensive recruitment experience, ideally with specialized roles in a medium to large organization, including 2 years in corporate recruitment.
- Strong skills in sourcing and research to identify suitable candidates and manage recruitment processes effectively.
- Experience in managing multiple strategic searches and client relationships.
- Proficient in using recruitment tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, and various reporting tools.
- Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Completion of post-secondary education in Human Resources Management or a related field is an asset.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sourcing and Research: Proven ability to source candidates effectively, utilizing knowledge of the talent market to create comprehensive recruitment plans for corporate roles.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Ensure a smooth, transparent, and inclusive candidate experience, which includes conducting screenings and interviews, crafting engaging job postings, and managing the onboarding process.
- Bilingual Relationship Management: Support and coach business leaders through a streamlined recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Weekly Reporting: Generate reports and metrics to facilitate the development of talent pipelines.
