Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist – Corporate Recruitment Lead

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our corporate office team. This role requires a professional with high integrity who is comfortable with hands-on execution. You will play a crucial role in building high-performing teams by identifying and attracting top talent for Lifemark. Your ability to foster trusting relationships and create talent communities will be essential in resourcing our talent bench. Additionally, you will utilize your expertise to advise leadership on effective hiring strategies. This position involves a hybrid work model, requiring both virtual and in-person attendance at career events as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bilingual in French and English
  • At least 5 years of comprehensive recruitment experience, preferably with specialized roles in a medium to large organization, including 2 years in corporate recruitment.
  • Strong sourcing and research capabilities to identify suitable candidates and manage recruitment funnel outcomes.
  • Experience in managing multiple strategic searches and maintaining client relationships.
  • Proficient in using recruitment-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, and various reporting tools.
  • Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Completion of post-secondary education in Human Resources Management or a related field is an asset.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sourcing and Research: Demonstrated success in sourcing candidates, along with a solid understanding of the talent market to develop comprehensive recruitment plans for corporate offices.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Ensure a smooth, transparent, and inclusive candidate experience. Responsibilities include conducting telephone screenings and video interviews, crafting appealing job postings on various platforms, managing job offers, and facilitating new-hire onboarding.
  • Bilingual Relationship Management: Provide guidance and coaching to business leaders throughout the recruitment process to ensure the selection of the best available talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Weekly Reporting: Generate reports, metrics, and recruitment analytics to support the growth of talent pipelines.
