Executive Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Support Specialist to join our team at 2127423 Manitoba Ltd. As an Executive Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our executive team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Reporting and Document Preparation: Prepare comprehensive reports and documents for executive committees and boards of directors, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks.
- Memoranda and Submissions: Analyze and process incoming and outgoing memoranda, submissions, and reports, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings, ensuring seamless execution.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations, ensuring smooth and efficient travel experiences.
- Financial Administration: Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and administer contracts and other documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Event Management: Manage events, conferences, and meetings, ensuring successful execution and positive outcomes.
- Accuracy: Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks and responsibilities.
