Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to provide high-level administrative support to the President of Miller Environmental Corporation and other Executive Management Team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the President and other Executive Management Team members, including drafting, reviewing, and sending communication on their behalf.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the office of the president.
  • Coordinate and document events involving the president and executives.
  • Assist in coordinating corporate donations and sponsorships.
  • Uphold professionalism and confidentiality with all corporate matters.
  • Book travel and coordinate hotel reservations for the executive team.
Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of business and an excellent command of the English language.
  • Knowledge of office administrative procedures and experience in operating standard office equipment, acquired through 5+ years of related experience.
  • Computer literacy required (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Some analytical ability is required to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritize work.
  • Work requires multitasking ability as well as continual attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
  • Administrative certifications a plus.
  • 5 years of administrative assistance required.
