Job Summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our multi-million dollar revenue business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the rental center business unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance, and Logistics, including achievement of financial and performance goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales and operations professionals to achieve exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in the rental industry, with a proven track record of success in sales and operations leadership.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record history.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in outside sales or other negotiation and influencing roles.
  • Knowledge of P&L and other key financial controls.
  • Experience in construction or industrial markets.
  • High level of accountability, time management, and willingness to learn all aspects of the business.

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.
