We are seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy operations at Save-On-Foods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day pharmacy dispensary operations, including receiving, preparation, packaging, dispensing, distribution, and storage of drugs and pharmaceuticals.
  • Manage clinical responsibilities, including drug use evaluation, medication reviews, adaptations, injection administration, prescription and non-prescription counseling, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community partners to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Manage inventory, team member scheduling, training, and development.
  • Identify and develop business growth strategies and plans to drive pharmacy performance.
  • Enforce policies and best practice protocols relating to pharmacy practice and drug distribution.
  • Complete all licensee tasks as dictated by the College of Pharmacy in your province.
  • Communicate with regional pharmacy leaders to optimize efficiencies and workflow.

Requirements:

  • A Canadian Pharmacist license in good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists.
  • Pharmacy management experience or a minimum of 2 years as a Pharmacist.
  • Fluency with opioid agonist treatment compliance procedures.
  • Injection certification.
